Super "ono" Haupia Ice Cream!!!
Fresh Ahi Poke. Small chunks of raw ahi tuna mixed with green onion, roasted ground kukui nuts, shoyu (soy sauce), sesame oil, seaweed, chili pepper water, etc.

Haupia. A traditional Hawaiian coconut milk-based dessert (or you can also try haupia ice cream).

Poi. Usually served as fresh or day-old poi, it has a pasty texture and comes from the fermented root of the taro.

Li Hing Pineapple. Pineapple sprinkled with Li Hing Mui powder from dried plum seed.

Loco Moco. A local favorite that traditionally consists of white rice, a hamburger patty, with fried egg and gravy on top.

Malasada. Deep-fried dough rolled in white sugar.  

SPAM Musubi. A rice ball topped with a slice of SPAM and wrapped in nori (seaweed).
